About

Harris Sloan (b. 1996) is an American composer and arranger whose influences range from bluegrass and jazz to his heavily-rooted background in classical strings and the choral tradition. He takes as broad an approach to music as possible - writing for live performance, film, podcasts, and private commission.

Trained in classical violin from the age of four, Sloan now plays a wide variety of instruments - including guitar, piano, bass, trumpet, mandolin, banjo, and whatever else he can get his hands on. When he is not composing, he can often be found collaborating on musical works with friends and family across a wide variety of genres. When he is not collaborating, he can be found deep in the woods of Utah.

Further musical samples can be found on his Soundcloud.
